International Shipping
We ship selected products internationally based on order feasibility and destination.

Shipping Charges

Delivery Conditions

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

- Customized, cut-to-size, or made-to-order carpets are generally not eligible for cancellation.
Order Cancellation (After Dispatch)
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- In case of delivery refusal, shipping, return freight, and handling charges will be deducted, and the balance amount (if any) will be processed as per internal review.
International Order Cancellations
- International orders cannot be cancelled once production or dispatch has begun.
- Any customs duties, shipping costs, or taxes paid will not be refundable.
Non-Delivery or Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, re-delivery or return costs will be borne by the customer.
